Tring Family Portrait Shoot
Nicola, Steve and their beautiful son Ethan returned to the studio today for some more photos. They last visited me when Ethan was just 3 weeks old. He certainly has done a lot of growing in the last 20 weeks or so!

Mrs Potter and her lovely family arrived from St Albans on Saturday morning. Micheal treated his mum to a Photo Shoot Voucher as a birthday present. This was the first time in 10 years that the family had got together for an up to date family portrait. I think the family must have changed quite a bit over that period since several of the children were definitely under 10′s.

Helen and Hugh travelled from Rickmansworth yesterday for a visit to the studio. They brought their 19 week old baby son for some photographs – he was very cute and has a beautiful smile!
After the family got changed, we had a quick chat about the shoot and the priority pictures and then the fun started. Here are some photos from the session:

Richard and Amanda visited the studio this weekend with their adorable son Oliver. A friend had bought them a gift voucher towards a family portrait shoot and now that Oliver was 6 months old they had decided to make use of it.
Mum and Dad kept Oliver entertained with nursery rhymes and lots of singing whilst I worked away, arranging lights and composing the shots. We stopped for a few short breaks whilst Oliver took the opportunity to have a feed and play with his toys – he was very patient with us in this unfamiliar environment.
Here are a few pictures ahead of the viewing:

On Sunday morning Oliver and his sister Isabelle brought their mum and dad along to the studio for a few pictures for the family album
. Brother and sister were very energetic and couldn’t wait to go and play in the garden! They’d spotted the climbing frame/swings and slide on the way in! Before the made it out to play, I managed to get one or two pictures – ahead of the viewing here are a few for mum and dad:

This weekend, Berkhamsted couple Tom and Louise visited the studio with their lovely children; Isabella and newborn Harry. You would never have known that Louise had recently given birth – she looked fantastic and not even a little bit tired!

Baby Harry - 5 weeks old
Izzy who is a very mature and chatty 2 1/2 years old, decided that the garden was more enticing than the studio. One of the advantages of being home based, with the studio set in the garden is that it’s relaxed and informal and of course, visitors to the studio are welcome to play, run around and burn off their excess energy, their children can also do the same
. Izzy took full advantage, playing on the slide, scooting around and exploring the toy house whilst mum, dad and baby Harry posed for in front of the lens.

Beautiful eyes!
