Aylesbury and St Albans Family Photoshoot

January 26th, 2010

This weekend I had the pleasure of meeting three generations of a family, 4 members from Aylesbury and 4 from Wheathampstead (nr St. Albans). The  family portrait was to be a present for grandma, what a lovely present!

Aylesbury family portrait shoot

June 24th, 2009

On Tuesday morning I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely Aylesbury family. John and Debbie brought their 7 month old son to the my Berkhamsted studio for a family sitting.  Aidan is very cute little sweetie – he is just starting to cut his first teeth :( . We spent about an hour an a half shooting, the first hour or so was with a white background and then the reminder of the time we used a black background and more directional lighting.

I must thank Debbie and John for being so animated, keeping their son’s attention, making him smile and for making me laugh! Ahead of the viewing here are a few shots:

Nick and his three wonderful children arrived at the studio from Aylesbury this morning for a photo shoot. Naomi, Hannah and Liam were great fun and followed my directions very well. This was their first visit to a studio, but after 5 minutes in front of the camera, you would never of known! Here are a few pictures ahead of the viewing.

A family from a small village near Aylesbury visited the studio on Sunday. The three children were full of energy and took advantage of the good weather and the fact that the studio is located in my garden, running around for a good 10 minutes before we started the shoot. Dad wasn’t feeling at his best after celebrating England’s win over Scotland in the rugby on Saturday afternoon :-) ;  mum wasn’t too sympathetic after all, it was Mother’s Day and she was expecting him to make an effort for her!

The family were great fun to photograph and the kids wanted to try all sorts of poses! Many thanks for your visit , your photos will be ready for viewing soon – I think we have some great family portraits for you to see!
