The lovely Matilda, who has nearly reached her first birthday, popped into the studio today for a shoot. Matilda’s dad kept her entertained and rescued her from the edge of the stage as her curiosity and confidence got the better of her.

A beautiful young lady visited the studio for an evening shoot – Carolyn wanted to give her partner a photograph of herself as a valentine’s present. With Lady Gaga playing in the background and Carolyn trying out lots of different poses time flew by so quickly! Here’s a small sample of images from the shoot:

Tilly, a Berkhamsted Baby, who visited the studio last week has a brother and a sister. Each of them has a multi-image composition showing them at their best during their first year. Tilly’s mum and dad wanted me to produce something similar to complete their collection. So here’s an initial composition using pictures from Tilly’s three studio shoots.

Today I’ve had the pleasure of photographing Tilly again. This is her third shoot, she first visited when she was 4 months old, then again at 8 months and she has now reached the ripe old age of 12 months!

A little earlier this week, Jack visited the studio. It was his 1st Birthday! Of course being so young, he brought his mum and dad with him; Vikki and Steve both had the day off work to celebrate their sons special day. During the shoot, Jack was full of energy wanting to play with toys and to crawl around exploring this new space.

This weekend I had the pleasure of meeting three generations of a family, 4 members from Aylesbury and 4 from Wheathampstead (nr St. Albans). The  family portrait was to be a present for grandma, what a lovely present!

Today, Nicola and Mark crossed town to visit my Berkhamsted photography studio with their very new baby. William was less than two weeks old, very quiet and contented. He slept through most of the shoot but decided to show his beautiful eyes for the final few poses.
