The lovely Matilda, who has nearly reached her first birthday, popped into the studio today for a shoot. Matilda’s dad kept her entertained and rescued her from the edge of the stage as her curiosity and confidence got the better of her.

A few days ago, Juli and Jeremy visited my photography studio, travelling from St. Albans with their two beautiful children. It was a pleasure to photograph this lovely family, they were very relaxed and lots of fun.
This weekend a lovely Berkhamsted family visited the studio for some portraits. Jenny, Pete and their two energetic children seemed to have lots of fun together on the stage!
John and Helen arrived at the studio yesterday with their adorable twin girls. After the girls had introduced me to their soft toys, cat (who looked like he had eaten all the Christmas pudding) and moo, we made a start on a few different group shots and then after a pit-stop (the girls had a drink and some treats), we just had the girls on the stage where they played in front of the camera.
At the weekend Jo, Jake and their lovely 6 month old baby boy, Bailey, visited the studio. They braved the weather to get here, there was still several inches of snow lying on the road which meant driving was a little difficult, especially on our road in all but 4 wheel drive vehicles.
Bailey was a little darling, he was very patient and extremely well behaved – I hope he gets lots of presents from Santa!

On Saturday, our eldest son’s school had a Christmas Fair. It was very well supported with hundreds of parents and children enjoying all that was on offer. You could buy everything from your Christmas tree and Christmas cakes through to a bacon sandwich 
. I spent 4 hours in Santa’s grotto – each of Santa’s visitors received a photograph of themselves with Santa! It was a pleasure to be able to help the school in this way.
This afternoon, Rabih, with his two delightful children, visited the studio for a pre-Christmas portrait shoot. We spent a fun hour, taking lots of pictures whilst ‘The Wheels on the Bus’ played in the background.
Back in the summer, I donated a few shoot and print packages to the Victoria School Association Summer Fair. On the day of the fair these prizes were auctioned to raise money for the school. One family who won a prize was Hannah, Steve and their children. On Saturday, this very generous family visited the studio to make use of their prize.
Last week Nicky visited the studio with her mum, her sister and her adorable daughter, Jasmine. These lovely ladies were a pleasure to photograph, so relaxed and easy to work with!
