St. Albans family photo shoot

Richard and Amanda visited the studio this weekend with their adorable son Oliver. A friend had bought them a gift voucher towards a family portrait shoot and now that Oliver was 6 months old they had decided to make use of it.
Mum and Dad kept Oliver entertained with nursery rhymes and lots of singing whilst I worked away, arranging lights and composing the shots. We stopped for a few short breaks whilst Oliver took the opportunity to have a feed and play with his toys – he was very patient with us in this unfamiliar environment.

Richard – the pictures of Oliver are gorgeous – thank you so much. I am really looking forward to the viewing , though i can see it is going to be hard to choose specific photos.
We really enjoyed the shoot and the fact it was so relaxing and good fun meant Oliver was able to relax and be good throughout it too (i think the little yellow duck helped !)
